Micro moulding injection is a very sensitive process. Minimal changes on injection speed or injection pressure influences the finished product in different matter. Peaks of pressures makes the injection process very incalculable. The required quality is limited by mechanically tolerances or mass accelerations.
DExControl compensates these disadvantages. In addition the offered system is able to follow preprogrammed pressure curves in high speed pressure control.
